Well... technically I won't be "bigger" lol since my bodyweight will be a good 35+ pounds less than I usually compete at but I will be stronger. Even though i was on the bodybuilding stage less than a month ago I wont be happy unless i break my PR total of 2042 @308. Currently I am roughly 9 weeks out from Raw Unity. I was hoping to run a 10 week Cube Boss cycle leading into this meet but my body is still out of wack from doing the BB style training so ill save that for another time when I am ready to fully commit to the program. For now ill be doing my own training because nobody knows my body better than me.

With that being said here is what my training split will be looking like.

Sunday-- Overheads + Upperbody auxiliaries
Monday-- Squats
Tuesday- off
Wednesday- Bench
Thursday- off
Friday-- Deadlift
Saturday-Off

Damn, I'm gonna be in FL the week of RUM but there's no way I can swing it. It's a family vacation and I'd lose my life if I dragged everybody to watch. Lol. Good luck Ben.

It will be a honor to finally share the same platform with Big E. I have been following him since the old "myspace" days. We are both thesame age and both have big plans!

One thing that all bodybuilder/powerlifters have in common is a strong bench... Out of curiosity, do you feel that your bench is going to come back stronger than it was before from the upper body training involved in bb? ie Greg Doucette, Brewer, Gunz. THese guys were mostly bodybuilders first and then powerlifters second....

where are you at? missing in action,lol. Higa says you are catching that flight out with him to Florida from Seattle at 6am. I was hoping to be on that flight also but the earliest flight out of Pullman is 6:30am unless I fly to Seattle around 10pm the night before. Decisions!!!!!
