I recently buy an Animal PM, just found it it got white residue on brown pill as attach....p

is it normal for the white residue to appear that?
Anyone have encounter that problem before?

whats up brother? Im pretty sure thats just from the other white tabs in there rubbing off against it causing the white marks.

I scare is mold growing on the brown pill.....but when I rub it, it won't go away.

if it bothers you still, I would take it back to where you got it from and check their return policy, Universal garuntees all of thier products.

I agree with Firefist, it looks like the white pill rubbed off on the brown pill. Like Firefist said, the first action would be to contact the store/online site that you purchased it from. If they will not honor it and take care of you, Universal will. In the event, your place of purchase does not refund or replace for you, either PM me on the FORVM or email info@animalpak.com and we will make sure that pack gets replaced for you. Keep us in the loop, buddy.

so far, I try to avoid eating pak that contain the white residue on brown pill. I just found up that even my animal pump that contain the brown pill also have the white residue. will try to observed if the white residue become bigger coverage then it mean something that is live(mold) on it.

Nick, do you have the lot number for this batch? It should be printed on the bottom of the container.
Also, where are you located? I want to see how we can get the can back so that QC can look into it and then send you out a replacement can.
