Hey im just geting into power liftin and i was wonder besides the clean and stach what eles can i do for explosiveness?

Hey man, If your interested in power lifting I would be doing the big three lifts and either variations to them or a lift that compliments one of them. Meaning box squats to squats, good mornings to squats, platform deads to deads, and close grip bench to bench, something along those lines. Hope this helps you

bro, just for clarification, snatch and clean and jerk are not considered powerlifting, they are Olympic lifts. If you are concerned with powerliftig you looking at what my bow above stated... the big three, Bench, Deadlift and Squats


make sure you are eating a shit load, back in college when I used to compete in powerlitfing, I would eating everything I saw, you need the high caloric intake to maintain the size and strength you put on while doing low reps ( and i mean 3 or lower)
