Torn pec tendon and bicep tendon. Had surgery on both. Just started training again after couple year layoff. Meet may 3rd. RPS. IN CROFTON MARYLAND

Walked into the gym this morning to find a brand new mono-lift. Made by Bill Crawford /metal militia.

Time is flying by and I'm not where I need to be at this point. Just gonna keep pushing til I get there.. hopefully everything will fall into place.
Gonna be doing this one raw. Lost all my sponsors with the long layoff equipment to damn expensice for me right now.
