Just another day of the week..no. It was legs day. I woke up thinking fuck i cant let the plates kick my ass again i must push harder today to get my set of wheels to where i want. I got done with my 10 minute bike warm up and headed for the squat rack. After my 3rd set i felt as if i was going to faint or puke. I might not be the biggest kid in the gym at age 19 and a buck 80 but i have alot of heart. Im just getting into this bodybuilding thing and i have been for about 8 months busting my ass in the gym. Inbetween sets i was getting fired up with my music cranking in my ear (DOPE to be exact). I noticed people were staring like what is this kid doing...I was about to step into the squat rack for my last set thinking "what am i doing this is a massacre".."im too weak and tired to pump out my last set"..Then i saw it, they must have just put it up...the "Why am i here" Animal poster was on the wall right next to the rack. I took a deep breath engaged the bar and thought to myself this is why im here, to push myself that one extra set when my body is saying "im exhausted, stop please"....I say "fuck that, im animal..balls to the wall training...."
