WTF. My elbows have been screaming at me for the last month. I had to give up my skull crushers because I thought that somthing was tearing out of the back of my elbow. Its starting to impead many of my tricep and chest lifts too which is unacceptable..
What I want to know is whether I am I just being a wimp and need to push through with some Moltrin or if there is another common problem I'm overlooking. I'm currently on pass so the arms have a reprieve from thier usual battering for a few days. Thanks for the input Guys. -N
animal flew dude..im on that and my elbows dont hurt anymore while doing skullcrushers..that product does wonders dude..you joints need some rest and some good shit to repair em
Think I can be of help having battled elbow problems for around 2 years.
Actually the most frustrating problem, as I really wish to mass up my upper body.
I wouldnt reccomend taking painkillers pre-w, your body is just guiding you, telling you what to do, its not the time to "push through" but rather "work around".
Eliminate heavy skull crushers, if you cant do them, not the end of the world, find other exercises.
Warm up the elbows before a workout, try neoprene elbow supports for pain releif/support. And ice them after training.
Supplement with Animal Flex to get the benefits of this all round joint/tendon product.
A personal tip would be to warm up/pre exhaust with some rope pushdowns (safest movement)

I had to eliminate skull crushers years ago. I found that I can do them with dumbells. The grip eliminates the pain.
You can wear neoprene elbow wraps, that will keep them warm and add some support.
If it's real bad, get it checked out by a doctor.

If you do skullcrushers definitly drop them. Also check your form on your lifts like close grip benching because alot of times people flare there elbows out and you are supposed to keep them in. Try and figure out what bothers your elbows and drop those exercises. If animal flex is to expensive for you go with some glucosamine. If need be take it easy a few weeks for your upper body, its better a few weeks then months.
