Pound for pound the strongest powerlifter in the world, having totaled more than 11x his bodyweight at CAPO. Richard "The Ant" Hawthorne chases history by trying to pull 683 at 132 pounds. His event is Saturday at 11am.

So true man. The 601 at Capo was crazy! Richard always impresses.
He has gotten really excited about it this week! At the beginning of this week I said to hi that it was next week, and I could see he lit up!

This will be an equipped lift and i am attempting to get as close as possible to what has been my long term career goal and im planning on chopping down on it as much as i can.
