I know a good place in Ottawa to train if you are serious about powerlifting.

225lbs squat

295lbs bench

315lbs dead lift lol

keep it up i AM currently training for the belle river classin 10 may :)

My lifts now are
390x1 still
225x3
480x1

Squats are giving me a hard time.
