Hi, i'm 20 years old and i've been wanting to use the m-stak for awhile now.
My only question is if it is safe for me to use the m-stak?
Cause I'm still young I don't wan't to mess up my hormone levels.
Thank you for your answers, I apriciate them.

theres absolutly no problems with a teen taking mstak as it is non hormonal and all the ingredients have been proven safe. im 19 and ive done a few cycles of it. you should see good results with it as long as you keep protein intake and calories high, its a good supp to use on a bulk

Hey bro M-stack is really better for nutrient partitioning and protein synthesis rather than raising your hormone levels(test) Stack2 is better for that so yes it will benefit you but it will benefit your more if you increased your protein and calorie intake.

Stak 2 is the product you should exclude--M-Stak should be fine.

Thank you brothers!
You've cleared it all out for me.
I love this forum, I can finally ask things I want to know the people who really know this stuff.
M-stak here I come!! :)

One more thing, I'm consuming about 1,3-1.5g of protein per pound of weight a day. Is that ok or should I take more while I'm on the M-stak?

I'm 19 yrs. old and recently finished my first cycle of M-Stak, made very decent gains in both mass and strength. I started out weighing around 175lbs and kept my protein intake around 240g. Try take Animal Pump along with M-stak pre-workout, your intensity will go through the roof. Good luck bro

Angst, i would love to get the Pump too but here where I live it costs around 80$ and considering I'm a student and I need to pay my bills and buy my food it's a bit too expensive for me to buy it all at once. But I guess I'll start saving some money and buy it in the near future. Thanks for the advice

Hey bro 1.3g to 1.5 pounds of protein per pound of bodyweight is fine
