View Full Version : Shaking on Squat and Bench

Hi all! I have been wondering about me shaking fairly bad when doing Squat and Bench. I notice that when I do squats or bench I tend to shake a good bit. On bench it is at lockout or right at it even on weights that I can rep for 10+. On squats I get the shakes when close to lockout and/or close to parallel. I have been on The Cube for a little over 3 weeks now. I started training about 4-5 months ago and have seen huge strength gains but just wondering if PL might be a bit much right now. I guess I am curious if The Cube is good for me or if you think I should do more of a BB style workout to maybe build some more muscle before getting into the PL side of things? My current stats are 31 years old, 5'11 and 235 lbs ( I think I am between 20-25% bf ).

Bench = 240 lbs x1
Squat = 235 x 1
DL = 240 x 1

Any advice would be much appreciated.
