Today marks the dayI set my goals high and aim for a 2000lb total. Iv dropped 40lbs and now in the 242lb class. I haven't lost any strength and feel way more explosive.
Todays session;
Heavy sqwatts
1. Comp squat- 80%x2x5
2. Front squat - 85%x1-3x2
3. Paused squats - 75%x4-6x2
4. Farmers carries - 50 yrdsx3
5. Hamstring curl - 15x4
6. Back ext - 12x4
7. Pull ups - failurex3
Everything felt great, hit all lifts
