Cellardweller Bacon and Cheddar Deviled Eggs
1 dozen boiled eggs halved
4 slices of bacon crumbled
2 tablespoons finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayo
You know the drill, mix the yokes with all ingredients and put'em in the egg halves. Instead of spooning it in try cutting out the corner of a sandwhich bag and pipe it in to be all pretty about it.
I'm thinking of experimenting some and putting in some ground chipotle for a little kick and some extra smokey flavor.
