Ya saw his "Big on a Budget" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNctsEFp7Zs&list=PL0H2Ew9jrOTXn-Ggk90L2aUKAnSOI-PYy)... Now Corporate has doubled his funds and given him $100 and set him loose in a supermarket to add more variety and more cals.... Wut will he buy? Stay tuned. Vid will go up exclusively on BB.com in the short term this week and will come complete with an article. When it goes live, well post it here in this thread. I never get sick of these vids. I really could have used these in my student days.
Not just because the funds were low…but the food prep habits would have saved a lot more time for 'studying'

I love these videos, but I gotta point out: what about all the other stuff? Salt, pepper, onion powder, olive oil, loooots of pam. None of that was included in the $100 was it? I know I personally am buying at least one or two spices or other odds and ends a week.

I was referring to the Huge on a Hundred with Frank McGrath btw, when it showed his meal prep.
