Question brothers, is there anything wrong with drinking it?

Assuming you can digest it, milk is a great source of protein and calories. Probably not for guys who are dieting, but if you're looking to add mass, it is a proven staple. Just ask guys like P Diesel.
Personally I love milk but can only drink so much before it wrecks my stomach. I mix whey in milk every morning for my first protein intake of the day.

If you're going to drink milk, why not go for the real thing? Whole milk. Lots more good fat and less artificial sugars than that imposter that calls itself milk, skim.

Is there a real difference in the sugar/carbs in regular skim (0%) vs whole (3.25%) milk or 1% or 2? I thought the only real difference was the fat content.
Personally I prefer milk with some fat in it, but if you want to include milk in your diet but are counting calories, the fat can be significant.

When I have compared the two, within the same brand at my local store, that's what I noticed.
Saw this a few days ago and found it interesting.

I think the carbs/sugars and protein in standard milks made by the same brand should be comparable and only the fat should change in % as well as the overall calories.
That said I too think there is something to be said for the CLA and other EFAs native to dairy fat. Especially in organic or even raw milk.

Soy milk and dairy milk are too very different things. I'd probably avoid the soy in any large quantities.
But hell yeah if you're in Afghanistan and can get your hands on good regular cow's milk, definitely drink it. That is an old school staple that dudes have used to get big and strong since the dawn of weightlifting.
Stay safe over there bro.
