Sup, my next meet is bout 5 weeks out... cant wait, training been going really well, weight is 224 today... I'll be in Masters 220 40-44 and also open 220... cutting down on accessories and hitting the main 4 lifts next few weeks, arms/core on off days... Anyway I get great motivation reading these forum posts and love the Animal youtube ch gives me a chance after long days to chill.... Richard and Gunz are my favorites... favorite products pak 44's, real gains (use as meal replacement), and creatine... cant wait to try rage xl next... I live in Little Rock, AR and powerlifting here is non existent... anyway today was Deadlift singles... peace bro's
