32oz whole chocolate milk

840 cal / 32g fat / 108g carb / 32g protein

-*1 hour post workout*-
2- whole grain bread
6- brown jumbo eggs
1- met rx bar

1150 cal / 46g fat / 89g carb / 90g protein

-*9pm*-
32oz whole milk

600 cal / 32g fat / 48g carb / 32oz protein



total - 4340 cal / 188g fat / 382g carb / 276 protein

35% carb - 39% fat - 26% protein

If you ask me, YES. I am a strong proponent of a high carb (at least 3gr/pound bodyweight), medium protein (1.5gr/pound bodyweight) and minimal fat (less than 50gr/day) approach when it comes to building size.
This has always been working for me. I am staying lean and building quality muscle following that. And everyone of my clients does, too.
