At age 50 trying to get back to the strength and condition of when I left the iron game 20 years ago. I am on a 4 day split hitting chest, back, shoulders, legs then off day. I will toss in biceps, triceps, and trap work but never with legs. Leg day is Saturday morning and I have nothing left after heavy squats, leg curls, heavy leg press, then leg extensions, working calfs with the presses and finishing the morning with seated calf machine.
Trying to eat clean but this is the area I am constantly battling with. Pizza is my kryptonite. I have gone from 268 to 220-225 in a year and have stopped using the scale as reference due to the transformation from old fat guy to old muscle growth guy.
Supplements are the PAk, 2-3 protein shakes, a PWO, and 12 uni-liver tabs a day...
