Slowly cutting back down to be within cutting range for the 165's. Was a 148 lifter prior. Been training in Afghanistan for the last seven months or so. Hitting some consistent rep in training. Trying out that Matt Perryman "Squat Every day" concept.

Right on man! All of your lifts are very explosive and that is a great way to train!

Thanks man! Trying to maintain that Malanichev style. Today I did have a terrible top set of squatting though. But that was due to some seriously bad technique breakdown in the hole. Not that the weight was too heavy.
