This was from usapl raw nationals in Denver last week. Competed in the 83kg class just turned 18 years old. 479 squat and 551 deadlift

As for the deadlift I would start pulling from you spot where you slowed down. Isolating that spot will make it better or even do some reverse bands. The squat looked very good, if you worked on your hip mobility and strength it would help you to not be rocking back and have you go straight up. I had the same problem and did wide leg squats and no longer rock back. Huge difference!
