Looks good man! Fast and smooth for PR. I would work on hip mobility and strength, it would help keep you from rocking back at the bottom.

Ok thank you. I do stretch and roll hip flexors when I squat. I had been falling forward so at the bottom I was really trying to push my head into the bar. Any hip strengthening favorites?
