I know in Dan Green's videos he talks about knees going in then out on the ascent, but I don't know if this is too much or not. I don't consciously do this, this is just how I squat. Wondering what some of the better squatters think? Did a bunch of doubles and a set of 5 at 315 to check form. Any input is welcome. Thanks.

Knees look fine to me, just when they go in it should just be for a split second then force them out. Everybody has different squat styles so do whatever works for you.

Do your knees naturally go in or do you try to do that?

That is just what happens unless I intentionally force knees out through duration of the lift. I seem to stick less and have better bar speed when I squat as I do in the video.

Gotcha. If that's your natural movement and you feel stronger out of the hole, then stick with it. I know guys always say really try to force your knees out like you mentioned, but you gotta do what works best for you.

Second phase of juggercube. Had to do 65%x8x3, 70%x3x4, 60%x3x5. This is what knees look like most of the time. I was pretty fatigued that last video when looking back at my other vids.
