How can a man forsake the Seated Row Machine? This is madness. You can build a back of all backs on this. I call this machine,'Death Row'. Cause for me when I use it, its like Im doing a life sentence! I work my way up and then slap a 50kg plate onto it. This machine is sacred bro. Get back on it and earn that belt,

I love chest supported rowing. I usually do them after deadlifting…once I finish my deads, my lower back is too cooked for any seated cable rows or bent over rows etc…. I'm with ya.

I'm currently trading up my Machine Rows for Kroc Rows. I always end up going back to Machine Rows eventually though.

My old gym had a chest supported T Bar Row - one of the few things I miss from that place!

I loved kroc rows..i found i would get too aggressive with them and do them too often with very heavy weights...…destroying my biceps….

I'm a big fan of all seat rows as a matter of fact I some time try and do my whole work out seated if I can
