Did a few heavy pulls today and it was feeling good so I attempted 455 which is a 20lb PR over my previous about 6 weeks ago. I suprised myself with how fast the weight came off the floor and it threw my timing off and made my legs clatter but I ground it out. Hopefully in a few weeks I can pull this again much smoother. Time to start pulling heavier off the blocks. These 600 and 800lb deadlifts posted here by users humble me.
