In the gym, we work ourselves to our knees in exhaustion. We shop, cook and eat for growth but how much importance is put on rest? Without this, its all for nothing. Personally, I now spend more time resting than training and my body is reponding great. I love working out, oh do I, but if your in this game for growth, you've gotta give yourself time to repair, you've gotta get your ass to sleep!

I agree. If you want to have longevity in this game then you need to take rest as serious as people do training and diet....Animal would've never wasted their time making PM if rest wasn't important

Rest is key!

I only lift three days a week!

1) Animal PM is my favourite Animal supplement
2) we want to always strive to stimulate without annihilating ourselves…and we want to recover but never recover completely until we are trying to super compensate going into a meet (powerlifting)…. i thnk as a bodybuilder…simply put..without recovery..there is no growth.
