My past experience is in multiply lifting. Right now I'm spending time toward a big raw total before I go back into gear again.

Best Lifts - Multiply

Squat - 830 @ 308
Bench - 605 @ 308

Best Lifts - Raw

Squat - 600 @ 308 and SHW
Bench - 430 @ SHW
Deadlift - 630 (I've gotten 680 raw in competition before but this has been stuck for a while) @ 308 and SHW

8/13 - Max Effort Back
Pulls against Elitefts average bands
2 plates x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 5
405 x 5
425 x 5 RPE 9

Last rep was a struggle to lock out. My last meet had my third come off the floor fast but struggle from the knee to the lockout where I started to hitch.

Floor Press

First time in a while putting some decent weight in my hands. Felt good and strength wasn't too far off.

Overhead Kettlebell Press
4 x 10

I think this was only with a 15lb kettlebell. The press is easy but stabilizing it is a B***ch!!!

Overhead Tricep Extension - Average Band
