13 weeks from now I will be stepping on stage for now the 4th time in my bodybuilding career. This far I couldn't be happier with where I have placed in all my shows. 1st Show 2011: 1st place Novice Heavyweight, 1st place Open Heavyweight, 3rd Place Overall Show. 2nd Show 2012: 1st place Open Superheavyweight, 2nd place Overall Show. 3rd Show 2013: 2nd Place Open Heavyweight. Now its time to step up to an even bigger show. I chose the Eastern USA's at the Tribecca Performing Arts Center in New York. I want to see where I stand with the big dogs. My training with be balls to the wall as usual and I will leave no regrets. I always greatly appreciate the love and support I get from everyone here on the Forvm. So get ready because its time to get this mother fucker started.

I am starting this prep at 267 pounds. I am leaner and rounder than I have ever been in my "offseason". Ideally I want to step on stage around 245-250 pounds. I know that is not a huge amount to lose, but like I said I have kept myself alot leaner this year and am holding much more muscle than fat as in past years.

Well the show came and went. Unfortunately I missed the cut off for the heavyweight class by 3 pounds. I just had nothing else to lose. I was as dry and as shredded as I possibly could be. I came in with the best package I have brought to the stage yet. Arms and chest was fuller than ever, and I brought the conditioning to my back that I had back in my 1st show which was my goal from the start. I have no regrets but I def. think being a little lighter in the class hurt me for my placing. I ended up in 4th place out of 7 in the super heavyweight class. My trainer and friends had in either 2nd or 3rd but that was their opinion and not the judges. Of course I was upset by the placing and didnt even want to hang around for pictures after. There were some highlights thought for me, two of which were Big Ant and Vinny G telling me how impressed they were by the progress I have made over the years. Vinny G told me it was like I was a whole new person. That was great to hear. After the show, I was run down and actually ended up catching the flu, which out me out of commission for about a week and a half. My body def. needed the break. I killed it for 13 weeks and my immune system just was shot, and with the weather changes, it did not help at all. Once I got better, I got back on a diet and made it out to Vegas for a nice trip for my boy Gunz's 30th bday. Out there we trained out asses off at City Athletic Club, even got to meet Ms. 10x Olympia Iris Kyle, ate tons of good food, and enjoyed the Vegas nightlife. Right now for me, the plan is to take all of 2015 off from competing in bodybuilding. I need to continue to make improvements and not gonna lie Im just a lil sour with the NPC right now. Over time that will change, but the favortism that is shown has come to light to me over my past 2 shows. I may do a powerlifting meet at the end of the year, all depending on how I feel. If not 2016 will be a huge year for me, both on the platform and the stage. I am just gonna enjoy training for now and eating once again. The goal right now is to work my way up to a respectable 275 pounds. Its gonna be a great journey. I just wanted to thank everyone here for the love and support they showed me.
