Out of curiosity. I 've noticed that when I lift extremely heavy my entire body tightens up for a few days after….its one of the reasons I've incorporated a lot of CAT work into my training.
You're 56. Do you find that doing a lot of speed work helps you feel looser and healthier? Do you find maximal lifting tightens you up?
