I know I posted a microwaveable protein cake a few weeks ago but this one in the oven is unbelievable.
As usual with any recipe you can adjust amounts but here's what I used:
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 scoop frosted cinnamon roll pro & oats
9 egg whites
1 packet maple instant oatmeal
2 stevia packets
1 80cal yogurt (I used Boston creme flavor)
Sprinkle in ground cinnamon
Bake in the oven at 375 for 45 min, take out let cool 5-10 min, stick in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day or two!
I spread some Laughing Cow cream cheese on top and added on some sugar free syrup.
Macros for my cake: 820 cals - 83 carbs - 100 protein - 4g fat
