Do you ever do the couch stretch?
For benching, loosening up the quads and hip flexors is a must. For the arch, t spine mobilizations are important as well.

I never made the connection between the couch stretch (which I do. It is brutal but effective.) and my bench press. Learned something new today, thanks!
