I say always go up a size. Especially if its a shirt you like. Way too many LE shirts I can't fit into now because I didn't take into account my growth over the next few months haha.

Good call on the Medium...I am 5'7 and 168-170 but have wide shoulders and the one from the Arnold (black & white) fits me PERFECT and just ordered this one in medium as well.

The medium arrived & it fits great.
not loose or tight.

I'm thinking to order the red & white universal baseball tee as well but in small size this time for a more tight fit.
