Hey Brothers, I have found my path, now its time to get it on. I currently weigh 250lbs, with 20% BF. I have been dealing with issues, that I have finally gotten control of (i.e. Type 1 Diabetes, Epilepsy), and I now am going to get back into the best shape I can. My current goals are to get to 215lbs with 10% BF and of course a six pack. Everyone at my gym tells me that I look like a powerlifter because I don't have that much definition. Well, I am no where near a 1000 total that some of you guys do for a warm up, but I will get there. I will be going back to a two week stage workout plan, where I start off with fundamentals and then every two weeks get more and more advanced routines. I will be posting measurements, pictures, and other information and using this as a log for how I am doing. I would like feed back from everyone here on what I can try, or what I need to be doing. Thanks for all the support Animal and the Legion has given me over the years. Here's to the Iron!

Hey guys,
Alright, so yesterday's workout went great, sad part was my wife got the good ol' contractions, false alarm as it was, but it killed the cardio. So, today I will make up for with the workout and an hour cardio session. Here is yesterdays workout. There was a lot of wasted time due to my abs were so dead that I got done with the crunch machine and nothing was happening, I felt like I was getting to deterioration at the point, not breakdown.

Hey guys,
Alright, not much to report other than ALOT of cardio. I think I have burned about 4000 cal alone this week just in walking and fast stepping in the hospital. I will be getting into a stack to burn the fat off and get to my goal of 10%. I will be doing fasting workouts in the morning before work then going home to the child after. New stack is listed below, give me some thoughts on what I should taken when.

Hey guys,
Still not to much to report the baby has been a handful and with my wife's c-section recovery it has just been A LOT of cardio. Mostly, fast steps getting everything done. I haven't started my fast workouts in the morning yet, and my wife said starting next monday would be better, because she would have healed alot. Also, this will give me a head start on my body building up nutrients with the stack I am going to do. Thanks to DANO for recommending the fasting workouts, they will burn a lot of fat, and get my day started really well. I am taking down the stage meter for right now, and I will start stage 2 next week. This stage will include basic free weight training and cardio. Gatta get my strength back up because right now it sucks. Like barely repping 135 on the bench type suck, and yes, I have the balls to admit it.

So, I haven't been able to train for 2 days, no excuses, cept' for the baby not sleeping, at all. This child is a challenge. I am going to get this done though. I cannot give up so easily, but if anyone saw their wife in the state she is in due to non-sleep and being stressed out, you would be doing the same. Working out is important, but family first, and foremost. Meaning, I don't care if the Publishers Clearing House came to my door with a 20,000,000 dollar check, if my baby is screaming and my wife is freaking out, I have to be there. So, I will be going in today after stopping at the Palmetto Nutrition to take up that bet. Hit me with some daily motivation, brothers.

Thanks Ed, I just feel like my plan isn't even going to happen until he is at least 2 months old. It's a sad thing that I am getting used to sleep deprivation. My anabolic stages are lacking. Body is in survival mode. I am going to at least put in a walk every day after work for now, and PU-SU workouts until the 2 month mark.

New Diet coming Jan 1st:
6x a day
Basamati Rice 1 cup
Chicken Breast 4 oz
Broccoli 1 cup
Cheat Meals are only going to be on demand or weekends if demand is not needed.
There was a dietitian that recommended Jasmine Rice instead, but I reminded him that I was type one diabetic, he said that this would be great for me because it would not spike my blood sugar, butttt its the highest glycemic index rating of all the rices, 120.

Mon - Legs and Calves
Tue - Chest and Bi
Wed - Shoulders and Traps (Doing this because after Chest day, it will be allllll Shoulder, no assist from the Chest)
Thur- Back and Tri (Giving the Tris time to recover from Chest day)
Fri - Abs and Cardio (Abs and Cardio are done every day after a workout, but today will have it's main focus on that)
Sat - Paintball or Cardio
Sun - PT or Cardio

Going to see how this works. Let you guys know after.

So, today I discovered something, I think the men on this forum, most of you already know, would appreciate this. So, for years my sex level was high, and I started to notice lately that, I have been tired a lot more than normal. I have been shrugging it off, just thinking, you are getting old, man. Now, I realize what's happening. My test level has probably been low, due to the amount leaving me, all the time. I just had surgery down there, that leaves me 6 weeks without the good juju with the wifey, and I have to say, holy Jesus.
Test levels are ridiculous, and it's only 2nd week. I have so much energy at 7 in the morning, I feel like I could do 3 workouts that day. So, needless to say, I will be cutting back on the bump in the nights, and using that to my advantage.
Anyway,
Since the surgery, nothing to really report, other than light cardio, like walking around type shit. I got 5 weeks left, going to be doing a lot of sit ups.

Legion, My wife, Erin, and I have had disaster hit us here in Charleston, SC. When the storm hit on the August 1st, the draining system next to our house, that was installed by the city, couldn't keep up with the storm and flooded our entire 1st floor by two feet. We tried to save as much as we could, but all that survived was Jude's crib and changing table. We don't have flood insurance, because we were advised that we were not in a flood plane, and were advised the house didn't have previous flood damage from prior massive storms, which was not true by any stretch. We are in need of any help, and by any I mean, any. Thanks for hearing me out.

Well, the walls on the first floor has been demoed, and it was the best workout I have had in years. I have almost reached my Journey's goal, the magic 215. I am 230 right now, and still going strong. I will be joining an MMA, Boxing type gym. I love hitting a bag, and would love to start sparring again. I will be bringing back the twitter as well, going to be testing supps again. I need to get back on my game, been out of training for about 7 months. I will be letting you guys know. Love this place.

So..... as of 5 days ago scale is 219. Been boxing, running cali's, for 6 weeks straight, diet has been on A+ Point, losing the water weight and getting lean. I believe I was misdiagnosed for my Type 1 diabetes, and I am actually Type 2 (got a new doctor), and my sugar levels are getting reallllly easier to manage. Running a 110mg/dl now for like 5 hours straight with a max flux of 169mg/dl. Used to be a 235mg/dl steady with 300mg/dl and 315mg/dl spikes. I will have pics soon, and I haven't gotten back on twitter yet. Still working on the house, but almost got it ready to take on any flood waters that come my way!! I will do a scale reading when I get home with a picture.
Late my brothers and sisters!!
