This is my first post on the Forum. I am stoked to be here and looking forward to following numerous of my fellow brothers in iron journey's as they too grow and evolve through a life centered around the barbell. A little background: I am a Powerlifter and had been following Brandon Lilly's cube kingpin until the tail end of summer. I decided to pursue the body building lifestyle 100% in order to get rid of some excess body fat and strengthen all the lacking smaller muscles in my body. I started this phase of my training weighing roughly 305-315lbs. I am now sitting at 275lbs and hoping to get down to around 250. Anyways, here is my first log of my daily training. Enjoy.

11/4/14 - Max DL & Back/Traps

Sumo Deadlift:
135x10, 225x5, 315x4, 405x3, 500x2, 550x1, 605x1 miss. PR on sumo is 580lbs, grip just wasn't cooperating today.
Lat Pulldowns
150lbs 3x15
Parallel Grip mid rows
3x12 160lbs
1 arm DB Rows
100lbs 3x12
DB Shrugs
2x20 with 90lbs
