Can't really go wrong with any of those. It's important to understand that there is not really a 'best' programme though, as no two lifters are the same.

From behind a computer it's still hard to judge your current experience when it comes to lifting.
Ideally you'd with a programma that has you progressing every single workout (SS), then you move on to a programme that has you progress weekly (SL, GS LP, Candito Lineair), after which you move on to bi-weekly (can still be SL, GS LP, Candito Lineair), monthly and so forth.

Pick one that speaks to you the most and stick with it for a good while. Eat properly and go hard.
Any of these programmes will be a solid choice, so no need to worry.

Good luck!

honestly ANY program will work if you stick to it. Especially as a novice. Just make sure your getting your deloads and proper recovery in with any linear program. I tend to like more of a wave progression for this reason, keeps me from feeling so beat up all the time. and if you feel good, you will ultimately have better lifts.
