I'm on duty 3rd shift, sometimes I'm on from anywhere 8-16 hours, so I'm looking for any advice or assistance on how to properly schedule meals etc. It's a struggle bc my sleep cycle is jacked up, so is training, and not being on a "8-5", this is the one critical component I'm lacking in . Wondering if any of you guys have had experience with planning out your meals for 3rd shift. I welcome any and all advice, no matter your discipline.

Stay Hungry (no pun intended lol)

I work shift work also where I switch between days and nights. Shifts lasting from 12hrs - 20hrs, so I feel your pain. I listen to my body and take in as I need it and try to get the rest when my body needs it. I value the days I can take the time to get a good training day in as well as have my meals planed out. I say meal prep is key when your schedule is like this.
