This sounds delicious. For me, it depends on what i'm doing that day. But generally i do something like: 8-10 egg whites, few slices of turkey bacon, onions/mushrooms and 1/2 to 3/4 cup of dry oats. I wash it all down with some juiced aminos, and pak.

I usually use egg whites but the store by me was out of liquid egg whites yesterday and I was too lazy to crack open ten eggs and take the whites out. Lol.

I dont' blame you. Generally the store in my area always has liquid egg whites, but there have been times where they don't. I also hate cracking 10 eggs as well, nothing quite as frustrating as that lol.
A good shake (1scoop of casein + 170g of oats + dark cocoa powder + 400ml milk + 250ml water)
3 egg omelet (i love the yolk)

I have a shake first thing every weekday morning because I'm tight on time.
But sunny side up eggs with Canadian bacon and toast is one of my favorites. Love pancakes and French toast too.
But from a purely bodybuilding perspective, something like this is my ideal...
5 eggs over medium or 10 egg whites scrambled
1 big bowl of oatmeal w/ honey
2 slices Ezekiel toast w/ Kerrygold butter
fresh fruit
unsweetened iced tea w/ lemon and splenda

I don't like a heavy breakfast first thing. Plus I usually train early so I just have a shake most days with a bananna.
2 scoops whey
1 serving glutamine
2 table spoons milled flaxseed
sometimes I add milk, and sometimes I put it in the Nutribullet with the bananna and add some olive oil.
After working out I like to make eggs or egg sandwiches
Scrambled egg sandwhiches
5-6 eggs scrambled
a nice slice of swiss or provolone cheese
ham or sliced turkey
whole wheat bread
sometimes mayo or miricle whip and/ or mustard
Breakfast pancakes. I have mentioned these before, but figured I'd pop up the macros. Blueberries on the top when cooked. I squash them up with a fork because I like to crush things. Most of the calories are in the eggs, but use egg whites if you are fussed. Keep a couple of eggs in there though as the fat helps to keep them together...
5 Whole free range eggs, (315/30/0-0/20-6.5)
100g low fat cottage cheese. (73/10.7/4.3-2.3/1.5-1)
30g whole rolled oats. (109/3.3/18-0.3/2.1-0.3)
50g Blueberries, (35/0.3/7.2-5/0.4-0)
Total= 532 calories/44.3 protein/29.5 carbs-7.6 sugars/24 fat-7.8 sat fat.

I try and keep the carbs lower for the first meal then my mid-morning snack is carb dominant.

Running late for work the other day and forgot to make a clean breakfast. Only place around me at work was a McDonald's. Haha. I said F it, I treated myself but then after I felt guilty. Lol.
At the moment, I'm keeping it simple. 1 apple and a shake with 2.5 scoops Animal Whey Vanilla + 1 TBSP Peanut Butter + 1 Cup Frozen Spinach + Almond Milk and Water.
since im dieting right..... Its pretty simple:
12 egg whites With 2 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal
If I had it my way:
big as bowl oatmeal consisting of
1.5 cup oatmeal
20g Shaved Coconut
20g Dried cranberries
20g Pecans or walnuts
* poor my animal whey on top and stir all together.
Lol mine is easy.
1 serving of Universal Real Gains ;p
Unfortunately eating solid food when I wake up makes me want to yak.

That's a hefty breakfast! Don't think anything needs changing. Maybe swap out the toast for some oatmeal every other day to change it up. Looks good!

I had two breakfasts this morning.
The first breakfast was typical of my normal breakfast when I'm not working dayshift on the job:
6 whole eggs, over easy,
6 strips of bacon,
2 slices of heavily buttered whole wheat toast,
one large cup of very strong coffee with lots of cream.
I've been eating a lot more eggs as of late. I have a good source on farm fresh brown eggs from my local farmer. Inexpensive and very wholesome, and they are large eggs at that.
The second breakfast was an hour and a half later, featuring more coffee with cream, some oatmeal raisin cookies and a cod liver oil tab for a chaser.

My usual mass-gaining breakfast:
10-12 egg whites, 2 yolks scrambled with salsa
1 cup quick oatmeal w/raw honey
2-4 slices Ezekiel toast
6 oz. cup yogurt
I'm usually hungry again about 2 hours later....LOL!
