Hey all, I went to a nutrition class at work the other day and the smoking hot instructor gave us a recipe to take home. It is awesome to take to work for a morning snack or even breakfast. I generall just drink a protein shake for breakfast and a hour or 2 after have it.

Ingredients per serving:
1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 Nondairy milk ( I use coconut)
1/3 plain Kefir
1 tablespoon of Chia
1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar
1/3 cup of oats

You can them throw different fruit in it.. I usually do apples and cinnamon or apples and strawberries.

Today i even through in a tablespoon of peanut butter!
Without the Peanut butter I believe 1 serving is about 20g grams of protein.. not sure how many carbs or fiber, i left the paper at home.

Thought I would share it though!

Oh one last thing this is very important... make sure to let it sit in the fridge for about 10-12 hours before you eat it. That way the Chia seeds and oats absorb the moisture or it will have a very watery consistency. I usually make batches that last 3 days, and the apples dont get brown and bananas dont get all smushy.
