i'm 19 (actually 20 in two months).. soo i'm wondering what animal should i be using (i don't mind stacking two or three animals).. animalpak is a must of course soo that leaves us with stack2 mstack pump and so on..

P.S. i have cycled stack2 mstack and pack together once before and the results were okay.. actually not so impressive thanks to my food intake (also i'm a hardgainer, soo you do the math).. but i think the products did the job just fine as promised..

soo right now.. do you recommend that i use the same stack i used before (stack2,mstack and pak) or is there another one that i can get better results from...

If you havent tried Pump, I think you should.
Thats best of the best creatine/n.o's out there.
It didnt give me as much evergy as no-xplode did (because of the caffeine), but the pump is freaking awesome.
I couldnt bend my arms after a few sets of lat pulldowns.

Since you are 19 you dont need a test booster, but I think you should take M-Stak and Pump together and throw in a Nitro pwo.

Pump would probably suit you the best out of the three, just because of your age. I havent met anyone who has tried the Pump and hasnt liked it.

well i got another question.. right now i got some fat in the abdominal/chest area.. would you recommend i cut down (l-carnitine, or maybe animal cuts) before using pump and mstack or shall i wait 'till after the stacking ?

What are your goals? Is there a show you want to be primed for or to get in solid shape and increase your lifts?

I recomend you go with Pak/nitro/ and a solid meal plan, then follow up with pump after a month or two.

As far as the added fatty tissue goes;
How much water do you take in a day?
What is your work schedule like?
How much sleep do you get?
And what do you eat?

If its not that dense you could try adding in some morning cardio to try and kick start your body for the day.

Since stak 2 is supposed to increase your free testosterone wouldnt it be beneficial for anyone to take it? because dont young adults have a high total testosterone levels but not necessarily free test levels

well my goal is to get bigger and lean.. you know athletic body.. six pack and all.. noo i'm not realy into the comepting thing

well i do drink large amounts of water as my body gets dehydrated really fast..
i do train 5 times a week.. twice back biceps chest and triceps.. i'm not really concerend with my legs.. and my shlouders.. i've got an injury in the left one soo basically i can only do side laterals and the front lateral raises.. i do sleep around 8-10 hours a day.. and my diet is a low-fat averag amount of carbs and rich in protein..

This doesnt really answer the thread, but training your legs will have more impact on your body than any supp on the market.

Hey Ace, King1 is right. Some heavy squats and deads will add size better than any supplement you can buy that is legal of course.

What kind of injury do you have in your shoulder? Rotator Cuff? Posterior Delts? Just curious bro.

well i'm not really sure what they call it.. but it's a joint injury and i can't go for the shoulder barbell/dumbbell presses.. all i can do is the side laterals with very light weight.. lately i've been attending physiotherapy sessions and there's alott of progress!!

i tried m-stak its awesome
the results are immediate
my muscles kept up the whole time
i didnt wanna leave the gym but i know better
it gave me size wheni wanted it and didnt make my gut big
like muscle t*ch would
