not me, but there is a 63 year old preacher man that lifts at one of my local gym ( well fitness box) and he moves some good numbers.
can tell he's lifted for a while due to his size and the amount of weight he moves.

I'm 54, I did rehab stuff for about 4 months and I'm back at it with the main lifts for about 3 months. Not pushing into heavy weights yet but I do feel the structural adaptations coming in real good now. Give me 9 months.

theres a guy in my gym, trained for Mr America in 1971, name is greg. Dude has lats wider than my whole body and easily 19" calves. reps out the whole stack on machines and will occasionally bench 2 plates for 10-15 reps. He's easily 65. Awesome guy.

I am also in the "elderly" group, but still love to lift. It depends on the definition of "heavy", but there are still a few of us old bastards that can lift some bigger weights. You must do deads, as well as bench and squat. As the gym saying goes, squat, bench, and deadlift or GTFO. Get your ass down below parallel with that heavy squat or it does not count.

I'm 57 and still slinging the iron. Check it out on YouTube (Skibasgym) or Facebook (Henri Skiba). I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Age is a state of mind! Google Mike Ski or Joe Cal from NJ. Phenomenal lifters in their 50's!
