back to the drawin board again...as it is...i know that my training for the squat and dead won't change...those lifts can take care of themselves now...bench is the only issue remaining before i take hold of that elite total.
- goin to work more 2-boards and floor presses raw for a bit. alternating chains and band/chain combo
- of course the only way to get a raw bench up is by doin it...that RK rep scheme that BIG ROB fowarded to me will be useful this time around...
- will be out of a chirt(as mark bell calls it) for a minute or for a good part of this month and april...come mid-may i'll be back in it again...the tech is a small problem and easy to fix with the new tech i learned...just have to get it down better and make it work cause i found it easier to touch than havin my elbows tucked all day...
- i'm keepin up with the tricep work and throwin in some extra back work as well every 2 weeks.
- focusing more on the rear delts on shoulder sessions more than the front...somethin i didn't realize until the last minute..
- i'll work back in some declines and key presses too...
- me and my new partner will be travelin to the DUNGEON and to NGBB durin this cycle a bit to learn...and may even travel to train with the south coast barbell crew...
- my squat and deads will remain the same cause its workin...maybe goin back into my dbl denim suit...not sure yet....and may get those titan briefs fixed...
with a new training partner this time around, my training will be pushed big time...as i said before...your about to see a man possesed with rage do to the iron...TIME TO GET THIS RAGE TRAIN GOIN!

***tonite was one "unexpected" and awesome fuckin session. nate and i are pushin each other hard and i need that and so does he. i worked up to 8 plates on the CS rows(yea...no more plates on this fucker) for 1 rep. nate did up to 6 plates but he'll get 7 before too long. we set some PRs on the CG floor press...i did 405 and nate did 345. we both pushed each other on those big time...it was like i was thinkin 380 and he was thinkin 405...i like that shit. he man handled 345 with ease and i "beasted" 405 up pretty damn well. we went at it on hammers as well....worked up to 130s...i finally met someone who can hang with me on hammers...LOL! nate managed to get 2 reps...like i said kickass session! nate is itchin to try that bench shirt i gave him so we'll give it a run in a few weeks...let him try it out and see how it likes it...its a HD inzer blast...my old one...and he's anxious to do a meet as well...so we'll see what happens this time around....but we are good for one another...cause we push one another on each set...its fuckin awesome!

***another kickass session...this was big nates' first squat session with bands so we were working on setup and all. he worked up to 245 which is a PR for him and i went 465 on them which is a PR for me. then we went onto doin them straight weight and did them fuckin easy! went onto machine front squats and speed deads. after that GHR, abs, and grip work and we were out. big nate has made a "easy" transition over to this stuff. hardly any tech issues on those last few sets with 315 on squats and like me, we both need to work the leg drive on deads but man...we both are sore from accessory work and WILL be sore from this shit tommorrow sore sure. we did some spread eagle sit ups which we will be payin for but we both fuckin love it. can't wait to bench on sunday and see what happens...

***another fuckin awesome session. big nate is pushin me hard and i'm pushin him hard. tried to kill me on the key presses in payback for the shrugs the other nite...i like that shit! he tried out the HD blast shirt for the first time and liked it but i really do need to get that fury back the next time. nate went up to 315 with the black bands chked and the reps looked very strong...i went up to 405...shocked the shit outta me. guess that happens when your bein pushed! then we went up in band tension and added the dbl minis. nate did 225 and i did 365. dropped the bands and went to 3-board and worked up to enough weight were we could focus on speed....i did 455 and nate did 315...he had 405 in easy...just adjustin to the weight after using bands. then we went onto killin one another on key presses workin up to 115s and then droppin to 70s..it was fuckin awesome...liftin w/o thinkin at all! then we did some db flyes as many as we can and then went to pullups, pushdowns(where we were at it with the mini doubled doin 115 or so) and finished up with dips and we were done. i'll have to step this shit up cause big nate or colossus is bringin it every session...but that's goin to help me...we'll be bringin the rage on tuesday....i got some vids so enjoy...you'll also see how the cluster method is done...

***lets just say after the initial back work, me and nate were goin off of willpower...LOL!! but we still kicked some ass tonite and we both love it. nate weighed in at 284 and me at 294...LOL!! i think that extra weight gainer last nite helped...LOL!! i went up to 9 plates on CS rows and nate did 7 plates on CS rows...he's gettin stronger every session and that's pushin me a lot! we went insane on the HS shrugs...so much so that i felt like i was goin to puke and nate was gettin a head rush from them...this after those MK rows. amazing enough, we had the strength put up some decent weight on the shoulder presses. we both did 315...nate did it for 1 and i did it for 2. all in all...this was a totally kickass session...having a consisent partner helps a lot and i needed this bad and i fuckin love it! we did a giant set with rope hammers, pushdowns, face pulls and db raises and we were out. training like this has me lookin foward to thursday...doin some GMs!

***another kickass session...i'm fightin a cold from the other nite but still managed an awesome session with big nate. first time doin this GMs and he got 385...he'll get 500 once he gets used to the movement. i got up to 675 which is a PR considering that years before i was doin them too high...then we went onto leg presses and loaded that fucker up...i believe it was 1530 which is the most i've done. then we dropped to 900 for some reps and moved onto to speed deads and worked on tech and speed. nate is gettin better on these...i give it another month when he gets it down...he's gettin these learned fast though and that's awesome! then we supersetted calves and abs and did some grip work(fuckin love it!) and we were out! big nate was 280 and i was 295. hopefully by sunday we'll both be within 10lbs of one another...but we are defintely gettin stronger for sure...can't wait til sunday...ALL RAW work...with rob hopefully...and some new vids...
also...trainordie.com/metalrage.net is about to undergo some changes...good things though...and it will be slow process but lets just say "evolution" is about to take place after havin the site/forum up for nearly 3 years now...

***defintely felt like benchin some fuckin weight today! all my warmup(first time in a while) felt fuckin easy today. 405 came up easy and big nate felt like it was time for me to take on 495. he did 405 raw twice today and then did 425 so the band work is payin off for him! me...i did 495 the first time...wasn't as heavy as i thought it would be. took it again on the 2nd try and got it...had some help but the bar never stopped moving unlike the 1st and 3rd rep where i missed it. its a fuckin head issue with me and 500...that's it. i just need to get under the weight more and more often. i'll be the first to tell ya if i didn't have it in me to do it again but this time was different...i know in a "short" time...i'll be doin 495 more and more often...but this is a BIG plateau i broke through...also felt like it was payback too...anyhoo, went onto 3-boards...nate did 455 and i did 515, then 2 board, i did 495 and nate did 455..i know he's capable of doin more on 3-boards but he's been doin 2-boards longer than 3-boards...then we went to doin a triple with dbl minis with 315 and we both did 3 reps. then did a repout, nate did 20 and i did 19...he got me by one rep...next time i'll get him by two. then we went to incline db bench where we both topped out with 140s for 1 reps...which is the more i've done on those...and after all the work we've done...that's fuckin awesome! we finished up with some dips and tricep work and we were out. we defintely kicked some ass today to say the least...and i'm gettin more and more confident with my benchin now...i believe now that i need to work tech more cause 500 isn't shit to me...shirted or raw...and big nate is comin along very well...we goin balls to the fuckin wall every session and it payin off. redemption is supposed to be easy i guess and that's fine for me...with big nate gettin stronger, its makin me work harder to stay ahead...got some vids(no i didn't get the vid of the 495 cause i forgot...was focused on the weight more). but got some vids of the board work and reps with 315 plus dbl minis. we raised the bench up some...it helped but not competition height...but we both need to work on driving the weight back towards our traps/back...deload week is comin up so an opportunity to work on that stuff more. enjoy the vids!

***tonite was a fuckin awesome session! me and big nate are probably the only lifters that train our asses off and probably the strongest...but we train our asses off nonetheless. he went up to 11 plates on the t-bar rows and i went 15 plates for 3...then we went onto cable rows and pulldowns. then we did CG reverse band pin presses where were worked up to 405 and nate did a set with 405 for 5 and i did 425 for 3. finished up with some hammer work and we were out! tonite i weight at my heaviest...296! i'm almost there...only 4 pounds, 2 days, and squat session away! and even though nate is droppin weight...it's not effect his strength...after 3 weeks, he startin to get neck and neck with me on most shit...and i fuckin love it!

***tonite was an ok session...yea i had an 80lb PR on these squats(from 465 3 weeks ago to 545!) but nate had his first dump session with the bands. but he did get 285 with chk greens but missed 315. he's determined to get 365 the next time he does these with chk greens and i believe he will. if anything, squattin for nate tonite tested his will and guts...not many people would do what he did...constantly trying and trying again...that's heart right there...and i got a damn good feelin about nate...he can handle the mental thing in powerlifting...especially when he told me he would get 365 with chk greens next time we do these. that's a fuckin training partner...i was more happy about that than my 545 with chked greens...any how...we did some old favorites...free wide squats and all we were doin was taking a wider stance and really focus on stabilizing and flexing durin the squat. u really feel these after about 15 reps...especially in the hips and quads...and nate really needed to do these as well...so he'll see the difference in a few weeks. we finished up with some reverse hypers, abs, calves, and grip work and got the hell out. this session was great for 2 reasons...one, nate found out how mentally tough he is and me personally, he was already mentally tough in the beginning...but he never gave up and that impresses me a lot. heart and guts is what this sport is all about. 2nd was the PR...545 with chk greens...WTF! right? well...that near 700 at the top raw!! when nate does his 365 with chk greens, i'll do 585 with chk greens...

no prob...i see all this lifting is gettin u into the sport little by little.
the boards work a different area of the bench. you'll see this in Powerfreaks' pics from his bench session as well. they also help with weight acclimination too and they are fuckin fun too!

***today me and nate trained in montgomery with drew and it was an awesome session for sure! drew went up to 635 off a 2-board and nate did 545 off a 3-board reverse bands. he had some elbow issues the kept him from goin heavier but we know he will next time. then we went to decline bench were nate did 315 for a set of 16 and a set of 15...blew me and drew out of the water...shows that even powerlifters could use some more endurance....LOL!! after that we finished up with some dips and tricep work and was out. we had a good time today and its always a good day when everyone is hittin PRs! i doubled 705 whereas before i did it for a single...so improvement there and i could of done more...hell...all of us could! definitely lookin foward to gettin with t.diddy and big irb in a few weeks...now that's goin to be fun...sorry...no vids today guys...

***only one more session before i hit the big 300! weighed in tonite at 299 and nate weighed 286...fuckin awesome. first time in a while since we've done full-range squats and man were they fun! bitch slapped 405 for reps on the last 2 sets...ass to the fuckin grass...the same went for 495...it was light...so light i went for another...LOL!! nate was reppin 315 whereas a month ago, he was struggling a bit with it...took 405 but was too much with the new setup...i give him 2 months and i'll be reppin 405 easy! then we did a repout with 225...and went onto GMs. continued with some speed deads where both our form on them has gotten a whole lot better and then leg presses followed by calves, abs, and grip work and we were out! the band work has been payin off big time...me and nate are banging out or bitch slappin weight on raw squats with just a belt...it was fuckin awesome...got a deload bench session on sunday and then nate's goin out of town for a week and will be back for another deload bench session next sunday. then it will be time to gear up again...so road trip!!LOL!!

**phew! that was one helluva session there for us! nate had some issues with his elbow that reoccured from squattin the other nite so he's takin a week off while he's out of town but he pressed on with the key presses and pec deck and tricep work. i went up to 455 raw and came up strong. bein 300 is fuckin awesome!! i also was workin a new setup today that doesn't have my ass comin off the bench...kinda goin back to what works ya know? felt strong...tucked my feet and spreaded them wide after that much like brant's setup...i'm able to use leg drive a lot more effectively and i used my leg drive with that 455...felt awesome! i'll get a vid of it up later on this week...since its just a setup vid. then i went to a repout with 335(nate was thinkin 325 and i just was fuckin dumb enough to grab a 10...i can't count worth of shit!). did 9 and laid back down and did 3 more...the new setup is goin to take some work but it has promise...feels better too. then went onto key presses and did some high reps there and finished up with dips(nate did pec deck much like what kennelly does in his vid) and tricep work. nate has assured me that he will "show me" up next sunday so i'm lookin foward to it...LOL!! but he's goin to rest up this week and take care of that elbow so i'll be goin solo this week. but damn happy to finally reach 300lbs! badass! and bein heavier, i feel a lot stronger on all my lifts...and looks like big nate will be followin suit too!

***man...wtf! all the squat felt fuckin easy! i kept goin with 405 on that last set ended up with 12 reps...the most i've done completely raw w/ just a belt. then i did 225 for 10 with no belt. did machine front squats and boy my legs were tapped out...couldn't walk! LOL!! finished up with some reverse hypers, abs, and calves. i did a new grip movement, bar catches. its basically lettin the bar roll outta your hand and quickly regripping it and repeat. these really fired up the forearm and u can't go heavy on these too much or you'll start using biceps more. other than that, tonite was a great session...lookin foward to hittin bench with big nate on sunday...

***it was a kickass session for both me and nate. nate came back from bein out of town well rested....as the elbow issue wasn't the case today. he got into the shirt i gave him but the elbow flared up again...so he'll be goin raw for a while until that elbow heals up. he did 315 and 340 with chk greens on 2-board and did 315 and 365 with ease w/ straight weight. me...well...i got into the single-ply F6. worked up to 495 with chk greens and then went to 405 with chk greens and dbl minis. dropped the bands and board and went full RAGE! 405 was a near touch and so was 500. went to 525 and touched...need to drop the bar quicker(as we all know this has been a re-occuring issue...no biggie!). but i had never touched/pressed weight in this F6 before and the shirt wasn't jacked. the tension with 495 was 645 and 405 was 655 at the top. after that, we went onto declines...me and nate both did 405 on that. finished up with pec deck and tricep work and we hit the golden corral's buffet to finish off an awesome bench session...the F6 feels at home for me...maybe because its a titan and i've had great success with it...so i'm goin to stick with it. still workin that tech i learned from buddy a month ago...need work but i got time...but i can tell the raw work is payin off...here are some vids finally...u can see my fatass at work. the first is the setup vid i mentioned last week. the 2nd is my 495 on 2-boards and the 3rd is nate's 365 after band work...and no...i didn't touch the bar...just need to drop it faster is all...AND he didn't touch the bar on my 495...safety first...enjoy

time to stop fuckin around....
for the last few weeks i've been tryin to figure out my benchin issue and after talkin with 2 good friends of mine, i realized that answer was right under my nose...
my raw strength on the bench(for the first time) isn't an issue. so now with only less than 60 days before the APF TN meet, i'm switchin gears and if i post it i'll commit to it that much more.
i'll be in my shirt more often in the next few weeks to learn the groove and improve tech. i still will alternate the use of bands and chains(when i get some) but it will be somethin like this...on weeks i do raw work, i will do boards(2-3 boards raw) with bands and then go shirted w/o the bands and do MM style work(yes...reps!)...somethin similiar to what paul key is doin now. then of course weeks where i'm in my shirt only, i'll do the same...just workin the tech and groove and do 2-board shirted. i will still do a deload week at the end of the month...cause that's what keepin me healthy.
as for my squat, i will start goin back to gadsden to work in my briefs and suit on sundays since they squat up there on sundays. reps is much of the same and the use of the bands as well. i'll be back in my briefs startin this week since i did GMs last week. nothin more than triples and if i can get up to 750 or so for triples with just briefs, suited and knee wraps, 900 shouldn't be a problem.
and my deads...keepin those the same as they have been. speed deads, GMs and squats will help the deads. i'll do another ME dead session at the end of this month on pin pulls and one more to find an opener...
i plan on keepin my bodyweight between 300-305 all the way up to the meet and see what happens. i still have abs somewhat but as i mentioned before, if i can get that 2200 total, that's all that matters. somewhere in all this i'll be makin a trip to NGBB, just gotta figure out when..cause i know that will be a beneficial experience for me.
as far as my mental thing goes, "not thinkin" is the goal. my partner has been a big help in that and not allowing me to think at all durin training as i tend to do better than i give myself credit for...i'll be doin more liftin oriented vids so i can get additional help.
come june 30th, i want to scare people...turnin this thing called rage into something that i know i will become...
and only 2 weeks left before the new site is up...so stay tuned...

***trained with chip today and we worked in our shirts. chip hadn't been in his shirt for a good bit so today was a test. he touched 455 several times but got it to lock the first time. touched 475 as well and no lock there. this was a good gauge for him to figure out where he was at. i'm defintely learnin the groove of the shirt doin reps, got close to touchin with the 2nd set with 505(on vid). bein 25lbs heavier does help the spring some...i'll keep doin this until i get some reliable weight to touch. i also worked on keepin my head down more too and it made it easier to bring it down. i'm using the same touchin method that buddy taught me back before the meet. i felt myself "handcuffin" myself with 515 so i took it again for another single and jacked the shirt some and go a lot of spring out of the hole...good thing i'm doin this now though....didn't work on touchin a lot before the last meet. after bench we did some db floor presses where chip went up to 100s for an easy set. i PRed and did 150s for 3...defintely need to go heavy on these more often. then we finished up with dips and tricep work and we were out. may have another partner...an old friend of mine, ben, just did his first meet a while back and did 360 raw. he did some floor presses and flareouts with me and chip. he has a lot of potential. worked with his setup some and maybe 405 bound before long raw and once he gets a shirt and learns it...500...and he's 60 too!! which is damn impressive...hopefully he'll be down to bench with me and nate next sunday....here's the vid from today's session...enjoy...and critique if needed...

***me and nate just about killed quads tonite. nate broke thru a mental barrier and owned 315 with choked blues. he dumped 315 with choked greens a few weeks back...that's f**kin awesome! i went up to 585 before it got difficult to re-rack the weight. it was pretty easy(about 840 at the top in a staggered stance). then went to straight weight singles with 495 and nate smoked 315 raw for a quick speed rep! 2 months ago, he had trouble stabilizing 315. we went onto leg presses where i really need to stop havin nate talk me into doin sets more than 5 reps...cause i can't count past five as some of u that has trained with me will know...LOL!! after leg presses and free squats, our quads were fried. did some deads off plates...speed work, grip work and abs and we were done. a very productive session...the briefs are givin a LOT more spring mostly because of the extra BW i've put on...it also made them harded to get on too...oh well...nate is comin along well on his squats...we'll have to get to a monolift to see what he really got...

***this was an awesome session...raw work wise...worked up to 405 off 3-board with chk blues and 295 off 3-board with chk blues and dbl minis. nate went 365 off 3-board with chk blues and 275 off 3-board chk blues and dbl minis. then i went into my shirt where nuthin touched...got closer this week than last week. i did sets with 455, 495, and 525. i got vids up of the "good" sets out of the bunch. nate was tellin me that 495 for the triple was the best one out of the bunch of them. i need to drop the bar down faster...i'm bringin it too damn slow so i need to desparately work on this. nate did some full-range raw sets with 315, 365 and dd 405 for a strong-solid single. after that we did some incline benchin...went up to 335 for 2 which i believe is my best on those...nate did 315 for a double. then we finished up with some high rep key presses and tricep work and we were done. next week...work on droppin the bar down faster!! but the reps were damn strong but we all know that really doesn't matter...checkin my ego...but go ahead and rip me apart...i f**kin need it...

***a much needed deload session. wanted to work on speed. i remember flash(drew) tellin me that u almost have to be "cocky" when your benchin and he's right. 405 moved fast on the first, i took it again for another. then went for 455. nate "found" his setup today once i coached him and worked with him on his setup...now he just need practice on gettin it down. on the repouts, i did 315 for 13(3 reps shy of my PR) and nate did 225 for 23 reps(he had about 2 more). the speed was apparent after the first 10-15 reps on both of us. we hammered some db benchin up to 140s. finished up with dips/pec deck and tricep work and we were done. ryan is goin to be benchin with us next week so lookin foward to that since "everyone" will be in shirts then. i did have a vid of the 315 for 13 reps but i deleted it by accident...f**k!! oh well...won't do that next sunday....the new site is online: http://www.planetrage.com

i realize(after talkin with d-train) that right now my squat or dead isn't ready to get back onto the platform....just yet. last thing i want to do is walk into another meet half-assin it like i did back in march. so i'll be doin a bench meet in july(july 14th) and then do a full meet in NGBB in september. this will allow me to get up to gadsden/tuscaloosa more often to train the squat and be in full gear more and maybe the bench as well as atlanta which i plan on visitin next month for sure....plus, this will give me a chance to learn how to f**kin bench...instead of bein a retard all the time...gettin better though...
other than that...the chaos continues...

***tonite was good session...decided to try something new with the accessory work and i like it a lot! we'll see how this goes in the next month. had some disspointing new laid upon me tonite, nate is goin back to NY startin tommorrow which sucks cause i'm losin probably the best training partner i had. though he's goin to continue to get involved in powerlifting and NY is the best place for it i believe aside from 3-4 other states. he had a shitty turnout with his job situation is all. all this means is that i'll be goin up to gadsden/atlanta in the near few weeks and training my bench maybe it for the time being...but we'll how things goes. i'm still goin to help him get more involved in the sport as much as i can cause he has potential. i wish him all the best...

***trained with D-TRAIN today and it was a kickass session. first time he went bands in a shirt off boards. see his log for his numbers but i think next week he'll see a difference in his lockout strength. i pulled the shirt down much like it was done to me back in march by jon grove and i see what he's talkin about now. PRed on with chk greens with 545(700 at top) and added dbl minis and went 500(745 at top). after that i kept the shirt pulled and went full range. i defintely had more pop from the shirt this way cause now its goin to take more than 500 to touch. 495 came close but no go. i was smoked though by the time i got up to 495 but it was good for the work capacity. we did db bench presses and punchouts and that was it...the band work totally smoked us but we both needed it! tyler's pec is doin a lot better...he was in his single-ply thru a good bit of the session. had a good time at the WABDL meet yesterday...saw a lot of motivating shit there and i need to step up my bench-only efforts...saw a 16yr old bench 501 in his first meet, another teen broke both the bench and deadlift records in his weight class in his first meet, and tony capari pulled a wicked 716 at 220. held it for what must of been 20-30 seconds. it was sick! i got vids from the meet and D got vids from today's session...i'll have them up later...

***today i had it in my mind that i would give 705 a ride on the bench...just to put weight on the bar and get used to it. partly motivated by jay fry's sick benchin on myspace and watchin some HERCULES vids friday(those always motivate me!) needless to say, 705 wasn't heavy at all! that shocked me! i had the shirt jacked the whole time. again, i did this to put weight in my hands so touchin wasn't the primary goal today and to see what happens when i jack the shirt and all. i had been workin on touchin for a month now and i wanted to put some weight in my hands. 705 was high the first time but brought it lower on the 2nd cause i knew i would be able to get it lower. but i had more in me but thought that 705 was enough for today...wanted to work on touchin later which 495 was bitch weight...just couldn't touch with the shirt jacked. i might want to add more weight(530-545) to touch it jacked in 2 weeks...i'm takin a deload next week. D-TRAIN did awesome today...did 585 off a 3-board which was very strong...aside from that he's lookin like a bodybuilder now! LOL!! here are today's vids:

***tonite was to work on speed and conditioning really. i wanted to make it productive as well. all of my sets/reps on squats and deads were fast...i'm juggling between 304-307 on bw right now and my strength is still goin up. 315 was smoke show but remember...SPEED! that's the key! i've been a tad frustrated as of late. i have been tryin to get hold of a guy that has an assload of shit in his garage(tons of plates, power rack, etc.)but no motivation at all. tried to see if i could squat there tonite and 3rd time in the row...he feeds me more excuses...so i'm done with it. oh well...keep on truckin right? any hoo, we'll see if i end up as a super in september...be excitin to see what happens for sure...oh and i forgot to mention....i had this dream the other nite that was at a PL meet. the cliffhanger of the whole dream was that i squatted 800 and deadlifted 800 but the bench was unknown. i remember bein in my shirt and benchin but NOT seein the bar weight cause i had tunnel vision. a foreshadowing of sorts...i'm not sure but me not knowin what i'll do makes me perform a lot better...

***felt like hittin the GMs heavy and hittin some quad work tonite more than anything. the 715 was pretty easy(using the same bent bar from the other nite)...then went onto some machine front squats and leg presses. finished up with some abs and neck work. workin the GMs into the rotation will help to keep weight on my back. tell ya one thing...i was told tonite that i look like i'm 250 even though i'm 50lbs or so heavier....that must mean that after all these years, i'm actually doin something....

***today was a kickass session got with D-TRAIN and BIG IRB for some shirt work. i touched 565(took forever!) and pressed it. D-TRAIN touched 495 in his shirt finally and BIG IRB worked in a loose F6 and worked on learning the groove but touchd 365 for a double i believe....so he caught on to the groover quickly...the loose shirt is a good start for him and its single-ply. next week, i'll work on touchin lighter weight if not 565...the gayest part of the session was tyler smiling to the sound of "bringing sexy back"....and his swoleness took over...LOL!! thank god he didn't bench to it...me and will would of been witness to him posing next...

***nuthin special...had a killer headache last nite from the heat so had to take it easy. my CNS was wiped from saturday but it was worth it. did 405 for sets of 5(5 sets total) with 405, pulldowns w/ 2 dbl minis, 150s for 5 sets of 25, incline bench with sets of 12-15 with 225(3 sets), and finished up with hammers and triceps. i probably should of waited a day but oh well...had some shit on my mind too..LOL!!
