This is a recipe that I took from Toni and another person and put my own touch to. It is a protein pie. In my opinion the best thing for killing cravings in a way that is productive.
4 scoops of protein powder
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup applesauce
1 3/4 cup of oats
2 tablespoons of brown sugar or splenda
tablespoon honey
6 eggs.
Icing:
2 1/2 scoops of protein
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons softened peanut butter(use microwave to soften)
Stir the first 7 ingredients together and pour into a glass baking pan. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Let the pie cool and then put the icing on top.
I eat one of these babies a day, it has almost 200 grams of protein.
Again all props go to toni, and whoever the person was that posted the recipe for the icing

not off the top of my head. You could check the labels on the different ingredients and get a good idea.
just add according to the packages...so if he used raisins..look at a box of raisins and figure it out. Then what I do is figure out how many pieces you can get..equally..and do the math. I hate math too..but this is the only kinda math I can do correctly..along with figuring out discounts on price tags! LOL
The icing wasnt me..but its a nice recipie.

I did the calcs....here you go:
Based on 23g protein per scoop, the numbers for the entire pie are:
Protein = 228.8g
Carbs = 233.7g
Fat = 62.6g
Total Calories = 2413.4
Nice!

Im telling you guys this shit is addictive, and the fact that their are muscle building friendly makes it so fucking great. I used to eat one per day on top of my regular diet, but then I gained like 12 pounds in a week. Shit I'm supposed to be cutting down.

Haha good shit Darkside. At the beginning of my last bulk I ate everything in site and gained 16 pounds in two weeks. My gains were through the roof but it was a bitch to work off because my metabolism's slow as shit.
