Posting these per Deanna's request ;)

Made these brownies 2 nights ago, and they are really moist and delicious. I packed the rest of the brownies up in a ziplock bag for my friend to take home and that night his brother ended up eating all of them so...tells you how good they are haha

1-15oz can black beans, drained
1/2 ripe avocado
2/3 c cocoa powder
1/2c maple syrup (I ended up adding 3 more packets of Truvia because I didn't think it was sweet enough. You can alwas just add more maple syrup)
1 egg
2 eggwhites
1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c Chocolate Chips (I used PB filled chocolate chips) (also, you can add more if desired)

Preheat oven to 350F

Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Stir in 1/2 the chocolate chips into the batter. Grease an 8x8 pan and pour the batter in and spread evenly. Top with the rest of chocolate chips and bake for 30-35mins.

Enjoy!

I think I'll be giving this a try. Looks similar to one I did with protein powder instead of eggs and honey instead of maple syrup. Used black beans in that one and it worked out well.

Thanks for sharing.

I might have to bump up the protein content some though... or just have some Animal Whey on the side to wash them down :)
