In this style of training, I need help with percentages.

% for Medium Intensity, Medium Volume days?

% for High Intensity, Low Volume days?

% for Low Intensity, High Instensity days?

I'm not sure for this style of trainng you necessarily need percents, but rather a rep range, like 5,3,1 or 8,6,4 or 12,10,8
One way to do it is to hit 3-4 sets at the same weight with a weight that allows you to do the target rep number WITH some strength left in the tank (you could do more reps but don't)
Then on the final set you would rep out the weight to kinda see how your strength actually is. The following week the weight adjustment would be up or down or more or less based on the extra reps on the final set.
This is not uncommon and a lot of programs I've seen are written around this
