Brothers,

I have been seriously training for about two years now and have recently competed in my first two powerlifting comps. To be completely honest i am somewhat oblivious to the methods used by the best. I was hoping some of you guys could point me in the right direction. I am curious as to the methods and philosophies of power training. Any adivice concerning routines, diets, form or any other neceessary components will be helpful. My next meet is scheduled for June 9th and am looking to up my numbers as much as possible by that time.

Thanks in advance

Try this:

Tons of good info for beginners and experienced lifters.

Also check the articles on animalpak.com. There's a few articles there about power lifting/training.
