View Full Version : Pain in Groin that radiates to quad

So recently I hit a 435 pound squat super easy. I the took 3 week off (I had to go to a school retreat). During my days off, I felt a slight ache in my groin. When I got back I was doing some sprint training and starting to feel a bad ache in my groin that continued down my inner thigh. It is most aggravated from sumo deadlifts and and weighted carries. Any idea what this could be? It hurts the worst in my groin and aches down my inner quad.

No idea. But for something like that, I'd seek professional help, sooner rather than later.

I've heard from a number of powerlifters and strength athletes, that they're never the same after they've torn their groin.

this may seem weird but does it ache when you take in a deep breath nd let it out ?
