Animal athlete Erik "The House" Fankhouser may not be stepping up onto an IFBB Pro Bodybuilding stage any time soon, but he has tons of experience and still trains hard. In this video submitted by The House, Erik shows us his daily shake regimen consisting of three shakes: pre-workout (Animal Rage/Juiced Aminos/Pak), post-workout (frozen mixed berries/Universal Atomic 7/grape juice), and mass shake (2% milk/Animal Whey/peanut butter/chia seeds, flax seeds, oats).
