It definitely helps a lot but before the weeks over my foods gone because of how much I'm currently eating, so I have to prep my food from Thursday to Sunday but overall really helps me

There's no way the name 'MASS' wasn't already taken on this Forvm. If it wasn't, then shame on all of us here. Animal Rep probably tracked down the guy with the name and bought him out. No questions here as of now, but i'll just checkin in every now and then to see what you're posting.

My favorite exercise for the tris are rope push downs and skull crushers for mass. And my favorite for traps are heavy barbell and dumbbell shrugs!

Your back is absolutely mind blowing. Wide, thick, detailed... perfect.
I´m sure genetics play a huge role in that as muscle insertions can´t be changed.
However, could you please share a sample back training session and also how often you train back?

Thanks, man!

My warm up is usually whatever workout is first I will do 2 sets of 20-25 reps very light and get a good stretch. sometimes depending on how I feel I will go to failure. Every workout at one exercise is going to failure!

These are great questions Chris !

How old were you when you first noticed that you were stronger than the other kids growing up? Love to here this story.
I think about age 16 when I started gaining some weights and using supplements I noticed I had an edge on people.. It was mostly in sports. I played football basketball and lacrosse all through high school.
How old were you when you first started lifting weights?
It was age 14 when I picked up my first dumbbell
How much could you bench when you graduated high school?
I was benching 405 for about 8-10 reps at age 18, that was my senior year of high school!

Were you a God in your high school? Because you probably would have been in mine, lol.
Saw your video on IG yesterday @ 300lbs, looking massive dude. I even showed my wife (who has started following bodybuilding a lot in the last 5 years we've been together) and she even said "Wow. At least he hasn't put on a bunch of fat just to say he hit 300"

At my HS, with a 405 bench EVERYONE would have known about it, especially if it were for reps.
A lot of people hung out in this 'commons area' in the basement of the high school (where the locker rooms and weight rooms were) before school. There was this big board on everyone's 1RM. Everyone talked about the guys who lifted X amount of weight on w/e the lift was.

Haha I wouldn't say a god, but i will tell you this. I was very well respected. Especially entering high school at 150lbs and walking at graduation at a lean 230lbs. Yeah man, I have to show you a picture one day. I would look in the mirror everyday and just dream and imagine being huge. I would weigh myself twice a day and I needed to see and increase, or get very upset. I used that as motivation to start eating more and training.
