Hello

I just started out powerlifting, have been a boxer for sometimes. But wanna put all effort into this now, so i hope you guys wanna follow my journey, and help me out :)

About me:
20 years old
87 kg and 183 cm.

The 3 big
Squat: 90 kg x 5
Bench 70 kg x 5
Deadlift 110 x 3
all with good technique

Pullups

Rows
8 x 20 kg
8 x 30 kg
8 x 40 kg
8 x 50 kg
8 x 60 kg


some curls and stretches at the end.
