Hey guys had to stop training for a few months starting back up question is should i start with circut or jump right back to where i left off. I was on a 5 day routine 1 body part a day with abs / calves twice a week any advice would be great thank you

While a circuit might be the best route to have your body adapt back into it, I'm a fan of jumping in balls deep at everything I do.
You'll learn how much you've lost quickly if you jump back into where you left off and you'll be able to adjust from there. But that's just how I like to do things.
