just picked up my first can of Stak! now unfortunately my local supplement store only had the older version of Stak, not the most current formula. So does anyone have any tips or advice on using this product? the dosage says for training days take one pack 30-45mins prior to training and non training days take one pack before bed. so that be my strategy or should i follow the dosage instructions of the new formula - one pack 30-45mins prior to training on training days and one pack between meals on non training days?

any advice is welcomed!

Do whatever is written on the label. Trust me, the guys in the R&D department at Animal arenīt just a bounch of clowns who write anything on there. They really know their science and you should follow the instructions for best results.
