During my early years there were some people that took the time to give me helpful advice that made a difference in my training. Rock Stonewall was one guy that pretty much taught me what it would take to run with the big dogs. THANKS JESSE RIP! Who was yours?

Hands down my Father. All the info in the world would do nothing if I did not have the focus and worth ethic that I got from my father. He is an abnormally patient and determined man. Very grateful for him. Then next person would be for sure Evan. We became friends in 2008. Learned a ton from him. The "voice of reason." HAHHA
The person that took the picture on a float trip that opened my eyes to the horrible shape I was in. I still use it as motivation to this day. Never again will I look like that guy in the picture.

No shit. That was the turning point for you? Good story.

100% always a big guy but played college football. Used stuff from the coaches over the years and did the minimum. In Korea for those 3 years, I naturally lost weight because of the food and all the walking. It was an hour and fifteen minute round trip to the closest McDonalds. So when I returned home I indulged in all the styles of food and drink that I haven't had in three years. Shitty processed food + no regular gym schedule= fat fuck overload. But I just thought I was big. My vision of myself was blurred until I saw that picture in my bathing suit. I was shocked at what I became. I knew it was time to change...so I did.

The picture might have been the catalyst Bean but you already knew change was eminent.

I like those stories when people have a moment or situation that causes something to "click" and then that day forward it is like a different mentality. Good story man.
